1. Reservations & operation
1.1 How does CocoStay work?
CocoStay offers stays designed for solo travelers.
who wish to discover a destination while sharing their accommodation with other travellers.
You are coming alone.
You choose your level of sharing.
1.2 How to book a stay?
The reservation is made entirely online:

Choose your destination and dates

Select your accommodation
-
Pay for your stay

Receive immediate confirmation by email
1.3 Can we book with several people?
Yes.
Each traveler can book individually,
or several people can book the same stay separately.
Shared accommodations allow you to travel together
while retaining their personal space.
1.4 How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
A confirmation is automatically sent by email after payment.
You will find there:

a summary of your stay

your dates
-
the address of your accommodation
-
arrival instructions
2. Arrival & Stay
2.1 What time can I arrive?
Times vary depending on the accommodation and are indicated in your confirmation email.
2.2 How to retrieve the keys?
Depending on the accommodation:

reception on site,
-
secure key box
-
Keys handed over by a host.
Detailed instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.
2.3 Are linen and cleaning included?
Yes.

3. Modifications & Cancellations
3.1 Can I change my dates?
Stays cannot be modified or cancelled.
3.2 What are the cancellation conditions?
Booked stays are non-refundable , unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
4. Travel & Cohabitation
4.1 With whom will I share my accommodation?
With other solo travelers who have booked the same stay on the same dates.
All CocoStay travelers are committed to a process of respect, friendliness and sharing.
4.2 Are the rooms mixed?
Depending on the accommodation:

single rooms
-
shared rooms with separate beds
When necessary, separate women's/men's rooms are provided.
4.3 Am I obliged to share?
No, sharing is never an obligation.
You can choose:

a single room
-
or shared accommodation
You remain free throughout your stay.
5. Payments & Security
5.1 What payment methods do you accept?

Stripe
5.2 Are the payments secure?
Yes. All payments are processed via Stripe and comply with PCI-DSS security standards.
6. Problems & Support
6.1 I have not received my confirmation, what should I do?
